Refund & Return Policy

30 days. Unopened jars. Money back. Here's how it works.
The guarantee
Every unopened jar is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. If you change your mind, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email hello@tameco.ca with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund jars that don't make it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned jar, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened jars
For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened product, so opened jars aren't eligible for the standard guarantee. That said — if something is wrong with your jar, email us. We'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.
