By using tameco.ca or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (suspected fraud, stock errors, shipping restrictions) — if we cancel, you're refunded in full.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you pay. If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping

We ship from Canada to addresses in Canada and the US. Processing takes 1–2 business days; standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Unopened jars are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund & Return Policy for how it works.

Product use

Our products are for external cosmetic use as directed. Review the full ingredient list before use and patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tameco's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
